TIQ Volunteers - The Soul That Keeps Us Alive

At TIQ, our volunteers are everything. They are the reason this organization even exists. If you take them away, there’s no TIQ left, simple as that.

Each person here gives a part of their life, their time, their heart, and their love for the Qur’an. They come from different places and professions, some are homemakers, some students, some doctors or teachers, and some IT professionals, but what connects all of them is their niyyah (intention). They do this for the sake of Allah ﷻ.

Our Journey

When TIQ began, honestly, there wasn't much to look at. Just a few of us, sitting with ideas, not even knowing where they would go. We had no plan, no structure - only Dua and the belief that if our intentions were clean, Allah would make a way.

Our Teams

We are a global team now, Alhamdulillah. We have regional and language-based teams, Malayalam, Urdu, English, Tamil, Gujarati, Marathi, Kannada, Bengali and many more ahead, each spreading the message of the Qur’an in their own language.

Every team has leaders who coordinate and support their members, making sure everything flows smoothly and with love and authenticity.

How We Work

We don’t follow strict rules; we follow balance. We tell our volunteers, “Family first, then TIQ.” Because when a person is at peace at home, they can serve better here.

We keep our environment respectful, positive, and full of barakah. People check in a few times a day(Once every 2-3 hrs), help each other out, and make sure no one feels burdened.

What Makes TIQ Different

Quality matters to us, but so does sincerity. Every quiz, every post, and every event goes through review. The quality team checks the content carefully with their skills and experience, making sure it’s authentic, clear, and beneficial, but the real strength comes from their hearts. They work with love, not pressure.

Why Volunteers Matter

Our volunteers don’t just matter, they connect. They connect with people, with purpose, and most importantly, with the Qur’an. Many of them stay up late, manage their homes, and still find time for TIQ. No one sees those efforts, but Allah does.

That’s why we say: TIQ runs on sincerity, not systems.

A Family Beyond Borders

One of the most heartwarming parts of being a TIQ volunteer is the bond that goes far beyond our screens. Whenever any of us travels to a new state or country, the first thing we look forward to is meeting our TIQ family there. Those moments sitting together, sharing stories, laughing over chai, and remembering Allah become some of the sweetest memories we carry home.

Each meetup feels less like meeting a colleague and more like reuniting with a long-lost family. It’s amazing how people we’ve only known online instantly feel like old friends connected by the same purpose, the same Qur’an, and the same love for Allah ﷻ. These meetups remind us that TIQ isn’t just an organization it’s a family of hearts united by faith, compassion, and togetherness.
